Joan Luna grew up in Catalonia, Spain where he learned at an early age

that quality food was an essential ingredient

to good living.

 

Joan’s culinary journey across two continents lent him to explore the art of international culinary expression from traditional Mediterranean Spanish cuisine to creating his own twist and distinct favorable combinations that celebrate authentic

Spanish regional cuisine.

Jo Luna originally from New York , through the years earned her well-respected reputation as an international executive restaurateur. Jo also dabbled in the stained glass business stretched between two continents, an example of her work at Gaudi separates the bar area from the dinning room.

 

Well-traveled cultural enthusiast, Jo brings to the team over 25+ years of public relation skills. In addition to overseeing the operation aspects of the business, Jo is also constantly seeking to increase Spanish cuisine awareness and enjoyment for their clientele through wine tasting/pairing events etc.
